What a day! Today marks the two year anniversary of Cheryl’s hemorrhage. Two years ago, almost to the minute of this post, we were told by the neurosurgeon on duty that he doubted she would survive the next 24 hours.
Well…Cheryl definitely proved THAT asshole wrong!
We sit down and chat about how she’s doing, the fact that she can message people now (when she SLOOOOOOWS down) and her upcoming angiogram to make sure the aneurysms in her brain haven’t grown.
Two years down and many more to come!

I’m so sorry for the delay in listening to this podcast! (I was getting caught up on my email today when I realized that I somehow plum forgot about it.)
I hope by now that you had the angiogram and that the results were option #1 (not enough growth for concern) or #2 (some concern), but not #3 (need to go in an coil them immediately lest they explode).
Please record an update as soon as feasible!
I think my favorite moment from this podcast was when Cheryl said “colonoscopy” so unexpectedly and (as many pointed out) so perfectly!
That’s great news about the book going out to publishers! I hope one of them wants to publish it!
SIDE NOTE: I’ve been watching “Colony” (one of the few new shows I like), and week before last there was a secret meeting at an outdoor theater of some kind. I’m told it was in Griffith Park, which I believe I recall you all talking about some time ago on Breakin’ In (and that it is near where Manny lives or used to live). Do you all watch the show?
Again, I sure hope the angiogram checkup went well! Please record an update ASAP! (And when Cheryl feels up to doing a Breakin’ In podcast that would be great too!)
Best wishes,
Neal
